Nobody likes waiting, not even us, so we make every effort to ship your product the same day we receive your order. But bear in mind, we are human. Our hours are M-F 9-5, but sometimes the fish are biting or we're simply out of town...again with the human thing. So, if you need something NOW and we aren't around, please Contact Us We will make every effort to make your day :)
US Priority Mail is generally faster and cheaper than UPS. 1-3 days typical delivery times. Unfortunately USPS doesn't guarantee like UPS, and they have gone "postal" from time to time.
Once it is shipped and delivered, we cannot control the scourge of the earth. We have all seen the videos where A-holes take packages off people's doorsteps. Please take note to your expected delivery date and be vigilant about retrieving your package. If your package is taken, please call the police and report the matter. If you would like a signature or some other secure delivery, please add it to the comments or reach out to us at info@fishworksproducts.com and we will make the changes. It might incur a little charge, but you know your neighborhood better than we do.
If you live outside the United States, just Contact Us and we will give you more information about the shipping costs. They usually aren't cheap, but we will try to get you the most bang for your buck.
Return Policy
You may return unused items purchased within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Sale items are final.
For defective product, an exchange may be made within 6 months of purchase. But please be honest. If you broke it, own it. I know it's painful, but it's the right thing to do.
4 way stretch fabric is super light weight and quick drying. We love it, as do you. But think of it as a girl's bathing suit. You don't see them rubbing their butts around the pool deck, so neither should you.
Our Nylon is meant to take some abuse, but let's be real here, we are talking about fabric not steel.
So to be clear, defective means a broken zipper, a missing eyelet, an unraveled seam or something else of this nature. But not after you've worn them for 5 years---you know who you are. :)
It also does NOT mean sun faded, bleach stained or blood soaked. If you have any of these, then right on!!! You're fishing hard and putting your clothes to the test. Fish Hard! Think of all the stories you've got to tell.
DWR (water and stain resistant coatings) does wear off over time, even if it's "just been hanging in the closet." Respray with scotchguard and it should get you back in the water. DO NOT use fabric softener, it can break down this coating. As for blood, the faster you act, the easier it is to remove.
